"The nature of project work means that there is never a dull moment!  I’m lucky enough to have a role which provides the opportunity to think critically about unique and changing client situations and work collaboratively to solve problems.  One favourite aspect of my role is that I’m constantly learning-about new topics, industries and workplaces.  No day, project or client is the same and this means it is impossible to get bored.  The culture of Grosvenor means that I am constantly striving to deliver the absolute best outcome for the client- meaning I am dedicated to continual improvement."
